Guarantee:

Grassy Mountain Kennel’s guarantee’s the puppy to be healthy at the time of sale. The puppy has been checked by a Veterinarian and comes with a written Health Certificate upon request. We do not accept responsibility for any said injury to said puppy after delivery. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the Buyer’s Veterinarian, it shall be returned to Grassy Mountain Kennels immediately and the purchase price refunded.
All appropriate shots for the puppy’s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied upon request. The puppy has been wormed at least 2-3 times before purchase. We DO NOT  guarantee the puppy for the following health problems which are common in this breed: Elongated Soft Palate, Small Trachea ,Dermatitis ,Skin or Food Allergies, Ringworm, Demodectic Mange, Eyelid Problems or Cherry Eye, Hip Dysplasia,Heart Problems, and Extreme Heat Intolerance. Some of these Health Issues are congenital or hereditary and are in all bloodlines, regardless of the parent’s good health. This is why we sell our puppies as PET QUALITY and at PET QUALITY PRICES.  Grassy Mountain Kennel’s supplies Health Information. If a puppy has a known Health Issue the price will be reduced and the puppy will be sold with Limited Registration and a statement of acknowledgement signed by the buyer. 
Shipping is available when the puppy is 8 weeks old, if the temperature is appropiate, for puppies flying.

Buyer Agrees:

1. To have puppy checked by a Veterinarian within 72 hours of the purchase.
2. To provide adequate medical attention to the puppy, which includes; immunizations and keeping the puppy free of parasites, such as fleas and ticks, including Heart Worm Prevention.
3. NEVER tie or chain the dog outdoors. Must have a fenced yard for exercise.
4. Intolerant to excessive heat and cold. Bulldogs need to be inside for temperatures greater than 80 degrees.
5. English Bulldogs tend to gain weight easily, monitor their diet closely. Obesity may lead to Health Issues! May be sensitive to certain dog foods and shampoos, check with your Vet. if this occurs.
6. Puppies should be feed Puppy food for the first year.
7. Buyer is aware that this breed drools.
8. Buyer is responsible for the health of this puppy after purchase, including all Vet. Bills.
9. English Bulldogs do not require a lot of exercise short walks in cool weather is ok.
10. Never leave a puppy/dog alone with children. (Remember they are animals).
